WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
Damaged/Wrong items - We offer a "no-quibble" 7-day guarantee for items with Manufacturing Defects or for any wrong items delivered. The item must be returned with all original packaging material and in unused condition. Do report any issue within 7 days from the date of delivery (including the date of delivery)
Where the product has had to be shipped back from or to overseas, we cannot offer refund on import duties. If a returned item is found not to be faulty under testing, then the customer will be required to pay the cost of return postage and any other charges to send the same item back to the customer.
Perishable items, custom items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not eligible for returns.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us attaching photos of the items where possible, and letting us know your order reference number, and details about the product you would like to return. We aim to respond to messages within 24-48 hours. Please note that some investigations can take longer. A return shipping label will be sent to you once return request is approved. Enlightened Outfitters has the right to deny return/refund requests based of product condition after return is received.
For Exchanges make sure to return the item you have, and once we have accepted the return, make a new purchase for the new item.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?
You are responsible for any return shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We will then provide a refund (minus any postage costs we have incurred but have not charged you) to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the item(s). We advise that you obtain a proof of postage when you return the item.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund if approved will then be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days (Bank processing times can cause some delay).
CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?
You can cancel the order before it is shipped. Once shipped (It takes 12-24 hrs to update on website) from our end, the customer will be responsible for sending the items back in the same condition for a complete refund. Please make sure to WhatsApp on +919034442106 for cancellations as that's the fastest way to get us to attend to your query. Cancellation emails will not be considered a timely intimation.

We Ship majorly within India but we are able ship to almost all countries. The shipping companies, delivery time and rates vary depending your available options or the chosen delivery method by you. For international shipping you must contact us to conform shipping cost and payment options. Tracking code will be provided for all shipments.
HOW LONG DOES THE ORDER TAKE TO SHIP AND DELIVER?
We strive to process your order within 12-48 hours. The delivery time varies from 3 days to 3 weeks (Domestic & International). This time takes into consideration the location/mode of delivery and in certain cases the item ordered. However, we always try to deliver the order within a week or as fast possible..
HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order is shipped. It takes us 12-24 hrs to update shipping details on the website after which you will be able to keep track of your order from you account on our website or via shipping partners website.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
